This work is about discovering and owning who you really are—it's about insight, compassion, acceptance, and celebration of your true selfyour soul self.

Within a safe and caring relationship, we will work with mindful, body-centered awareness, exploring whatever is real and challenging for you in this moment.

We let curiosity and 'little experiments' lead us to discover the real issues that underlie recurring problems. Our basic assumption is that you have all the wisdom within you to make healthy, life affirming choices. You are not broken so there's nothing to 'fix', there is only a deeper wisdom to bring forth.

We anchor our approach by being present to whatever is happening in this moment. We slow down, we notice present experiences, and we honor the wisdom of the body, mind, and Spirit. We'll use a wide variety of avenues to explore and study your core beliefs and see how they serve or hinder your life. We might discover voices from the past the still influence you today and dialogue with them, we might identify and work with your inner child and other 'sub-personalities,' or explore personal and family survival patterns, use guided imagery, work with dream insights, and find support and guidance from the Spirit and Wisdom within you. Our work is a creative and spontaneous adventure to discover your inate wholeness.

This transforming journey is a gentle yet challenging process. Your soul will be your guide. I'll be honored to support you, guide you as appropriate, and celebrate with you when new insights and healings arise.

"The privilege of a lifetime is to be yourself"
Joseph Campbell

Most of us have been told certain parts of us are unacceptable: maybe our anger, grief, fear, emptiness, or loneliness. Or maybe even our creativity, gentility, vulnerability, or powerfulness. So we have banished these aspects of ourselves to our shadow, our disowned selves. We have censored who we truly are, and created a false self that could survive in our family and be accepted by society.

However, this false self leaves us feeling empty, alienated, misunderstood, and unhappy. We have forsaken our true self - our soul self - in order to survive or even thrive in the world as we know it.

But our soul will not be silenced forever. It is the purpose of this lifetime - our soul's journey - to discover and reclaim our true self and live fully and authentically from our innate wholeness. It is our work to discover compassion for our woundedness, to recognize and honor our needs, to listen to our inner wisdom, and to embrace our unique and perfect soul journey.
